
The MW23 Foundation is a non-profit organization created to help low-income youth/children and families. Our goal is to help eliminate academic barriers that hinder low income children/youth from graduating from high school in the Portland / Seattle metro areas.
The MW23 Foundation will collaborate with other non-profit organizations to provide basic needs, to enhance academic support, and to offer athletic opportunities for youth/children and families to increase the high school graduation rate.
Trail Blazers forward Martell Webster visited the St. Anthony Nativity School in Northeast Portland to discuss the importance of reading and the impact that education has had on his life. Webster handed out awards and prizes to St. Anthony students who achieved certain reading benchmarks during the school year. Brandon Roy, who was in Portland for the Rose Festival Parade, was also in attendance.
Trail Blazer Martell Webster joined SMART CEO Lisa Wiebe, Hedinger and other community leaders such as Dick Lytle, Irving Levin, the Jubitz Family and others in celebration of another year supporting SMART.
